PDC + Technical Session Speakers
PDC presenter information
Notification letters were mailed in September 2010 to communicate that:
- Instructors are required to bring personal laptops to their PDC.
- All AV and room set-up information should be detailed on the PDC logistics forms.

Technical session and poster presenter information
Notification letters were mailed in December 2010.

Speaker Ready Room check-in is mandatory
Badge ribbons, poster set-up passes, program changes, and other information will be made available in the Speaker Ready Room.
Technical session presenters must:
- Check in 30 minutes prior to the start of their full session (not just their individual presentation).
- Test their presentation(s) in the Speaker Ready Room to ensure it is compatible with the AV and computer equipment provided in the presentation room(s). Workstations, projectors, and staff will be available to assist.
- Not use their personal laptops in presentation rooms. Only AIHce-provided computers may be used in technical session meeting rooms.
- Submit (online) recording permissions that have been given or declined.
