Oregon Convention Center

The Oregon Convention Center is located within the
city's "Free Rail Zone," allowing passengers to travel
from AIHce hotels to the convention center using Light
Rail trains free of charge. The Light Rail stops at
numerous
locations throughout downtown Portland. Service
begins between 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., seven days a
week, and trains run approximately every 15 minutes
until midnight.
To gauge the distance of AIHce hotels to the center
and the train lines serving each hotel, check the
Hotel
Guide. Note: Only the Blue,
Red, and
Green lines
travel between AIHce hotels and the convention center; the Yellow line DOES NOT
stop at the
center.
Detailed information on rail transportation to the
convention center will be mailed to all registrants with
conference badges prior to AIHce.
By Car
Just eight miles from the Portland International
Airport, the Oregon Convention Center is accessible via
Interstate Freeway I-5 north from exit 302A (Rose
Quarter) and I-84 west exit 1 (Lloyd Blvd.). It is bound
by Holladay Street, Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Lloyd
Blvd. and NE First Ave. Specific driving directions and
maps can be found on
Google.
By Bus
A Portland TriMet bus, Line # 6, stops on Martin
Luther King Blvd., across the street from the Oregon
Convention Center. For assistance in planning travel by

Parking
In addition to ample street parking in the
surrounding area, the Oregon Convention Center provides
800
parking spaces in its clean and secure underground
garage. The maximum daily rate is $9.
